Automotive

Air conditioning systems for cars, loading and discharging assemblies in trucks and lorries and alarm systems in commercial vehicles. PTC⁺ trains mechanics and technicians about the installation, connection, adjustment and maintenance of a variety of automotive assemblies. 

Automotive training at PTC⁺ covers all relevant techniques:

• Installation: the installation of external systems
• Cryonics: installation and maintenance of mobile air conditioning units
• Hydraulics: installation, setting and maintenance of throttle and brake systems.
• Mechanics: the mechanical systems of a vehicle.
• Safety: installation and assembly of alarm and tracking systems 

Survey of automotive training 

During the practical training sessions at PTC⁺ you will work with genuine installations, machinery and vehicles. You will also work with life-like practical simulations. These give you an insight how technical systems operate: components that are normally hidden and out of view are well visible in the simulation models.

Partners 

Following vocational training courses are taken care of exclusively by PTC⁺:

• FOCWA VOC (Training Inspector Tailboard Periodical Test)
• Inspector Tailboards (BOVAG RAI)
• Loading and discharging equipment (TÜV inspector)
• Field spraying and tractor test 

Innovam

The PTC⁺ training sessions are incorporated in the regular mechanics training of the knowledge centre Innovam. In addition, PTC⁺ offers also tailor-made training courses on behalf of the vocational training centre for car body repair and maintenance.

All car mechanics, motor body workers and installation engineers of Carrier, Mitsubishi and Thermoking have their technical training at PTC⁺.  

Communication skills

Part of each training at PTC⁺ Technical Centre is ample attention to communication skills and how to recognize buying signals. As an engineer or technician you are the direct contact with the client, and therefore the front of your organization.
