Projects/Counselling

PTC+ is happy to share its know-how with other people. Our trainers are therefore also available to lead or to support your technical project, or a specific subject. For each project  we  agree upon measurable deliverables, guaranteeing the best possible output.

Coaching

Learn to master various skills? Then choose your coaching by one dedicated trainer. He will be on the work floor regularly and record the progress of the individual mechanic, collaborator or manager.

Train de trainer

Technical trainers who will learn or extend their practical skills, or improve their didactical qualities, are most welcome at  PTC+  to join a ‘train de trainer' programme. 

During these training sessions, the various aspects of transferring practical skills will be touched upon. In training simulations you will deal with all aspects of the training process, and will receive personal feedback on your own skills and attitude.

Training programmes by PTC+

In the Netherlands PTC+  disposes of training centres in Ede, Dronten, Horst, Oenkerk and Barneveld with excellent facilities. It is there that the majority of our practical trainings take place. Each training programme is specifically tailored to the learning objectives of the individual student. Having completed their course, the participants are fully qualified to practice their skills independently, professionally and in a safe manner. Internationally PTC+ has partner centres all over the World, working in accordance to the same practice concepts. 

Each training is ‘life-like'. Which means that we make good use of real machinery and vehicles and of practical simulations. In such practical simulations the work processes are exactly the same as in the actual situation.

In-company training

An ‘in-company' training offers an excellent opportunity to improve performance and functioning within the own operational surroundings. Beforehand, a clear learning objective is formulated, together with a measurable results forecast. The ‘in-company' training itself takes place in such a way that the participants will be mastering concrete, definable qualities and properties.
